We worked with 52 students from all over the world to collect their favourite recipes. We cooked and ate them together and the most delicious made it into our recipe books.

This recipe book was over a year in the making, we cooked and ate plenty of recipes - I can guarantee that there's nothing in this book that doesn't taste good!
Featuring 43 recipes our beautifully designed book will show you how to cook everything from Palestinian stuffed fish to Turkish spinach cake.

The recipes come from all over the world - from every continent - and include soups, mains, sides, puddings, cakes.
