Complaints

We aim to provide really great cookery sessions and welcome any suggestions for improvement which you may have.

If there are any problems, please let us know by talking to the course tutor or by emaliing us at theworldfoodproject@yahoo.com

We aim to put any problems right quickly. We will also consider whether there are any wider implications for our work as a whole.

If, however, you are not satisfied with our response, you may make a formal complaint to the management committee. The committee is made up of our elected trustees and directors. Please email the chair of the management committee at chairofmanagementcommittee@gmail.com. 

We will send you a reply within one month of receiving your complaint.
